Giling daging ayam dengan chopper sampai halus.&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan margarin/mentega hingga leleh lalu tambahkan terigu, aduk rata. Kecilkan api lalu masukkan susu, aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan daging ayam, aduk rata dengan api kecil lalu masukkan garam, lada, pala, seledri dan irisan cabe, aduk sampai rata selama 5 menit. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.&lt;br /&gt;4. Haluskan roti tawar dan telur (pake chopper aja) lalu campur dengan adonan ayam, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bentuk bulat lonjong lalu masukkan dalam putih telur dan gulingkan dalam tepung panir.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sengaja memilih resep ini, disamping relatif mudah membuatnya dan kebetulan semua bahan baku tersedia. InsyaAllah resep ini bermanfaat ya apalagi kalo punya stock pisang yg udah terlalu matang/kulit kehitaman, daripada mubazir mending diolah jadi Banana Chiffon Cake ini deh.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: courier new;"&gt;Selamat mencoba ya..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: courier new;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BANANA CHIFFON CAKE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Source : Fatmah B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan A :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;7 butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula palm (Wenny pake brown sugar yg diayak terlebih dahulu)&lt;br /&gt;175 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;100 gr pisang ambon yg telah matang dan dihaluskan (Wenny pake pisang cavendish)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt BPDA&lt;br /&gt;80 ml minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt essence pisang/bumbu spekoek&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan B :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;250 ml putih telur&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt Cream of Tart-tar (optional) =&gt; Wenny gak pake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur tepung terigu, garam, BPDA dan bumbu spekoek, aduk rata, sisihkan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok kuning telur dan gula palm hingga kental berjejak, tuang ditengah tepung terigu, aduk putar dengan menggunakan whisker, tuangi pisang yg telah dihaluskan dan minyak sayur. Aduk rata hingga menjadi adonan pasta, sisihkan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok putih telur hingga agak kaku lalu masukkan gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit, kocok hingga soft peak/jika whisker diangkat, adonan putih telur berbentuk seperti jambul petruk. Kukus kacang ijo kupas sampai matang dan empuk, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Haluskan selagi panas (pake chopper spy lembut).&lt;br /&gt;3. Masak kacang ijo (yg telah dihaluskan) bersama gula pasir, daun pandan, garam, vanili dan santan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga menggumpal, angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bentuk bulat-bulat sebesar kelereng. Sisihkan..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kulit :&lt;br /&gt;250 gr tepung ketan&lt;br /&gt;75 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm maizena&lt;br /&gt;Campur dan larutkan : 175 ml air hangat+1 sdm air kapur sirih+1/8 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur tepung ketan, gula pasir dan maizena, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangi campuran air hangat+air kapur sirih+garam, sedikit demi sedikit, uleni hingga halus dan bisa dipulung.&lt;br /&gt;3. Jika ingin sama besarnya, timbang masing-masing 15 gr.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyelesaian :&lt;br /&gt;1. Ambil 15 gr adonan kulit, pipihkan lalu taruh adonan isi sebesar kelereng ditengah-tengah.&lt;br /&gt;2. Bulatkan dan rapatkan kulit onde2 hingga isi tertutup.&lt;br /&gt;3. Celupkan sebentar dalam air lalu gulingkan dalam wijen.&lt;br /&gt;4. Goreng onde2 dengan api kecil hingga matang dan kecoklatan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Angkat dan tiriskan. Aduk bahan A, uleni hingga bergumpal-gumpal, masukkan bahan B, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis (jika adonan ditarik hingga tipis, adonan tidak mudah robek)&lt;br /&gt;2. Bulatkan adonan lalu istirahatkan selama 10 menit, setelah itu potong dan timbang 40 gr.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bulatkan mulus (rounding) lalu tata dalam loyang yg sudah dioles tipis mentega dan ditaburi tepung, istirahatkan selama 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lubangi tengahnya atau bisa juga biarkan bulat, lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan/ matang. Tiriskan dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Celup satu sisi permukaan donat dalam coklat leleh lalu kucuri coklat strawberry. Dinginkan agar coklat beku.&lt;br /&gt;6. Panaskan kukusan terlebih dahulu hingga benar2 mendidih airnya.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur semua bahan yang ada, kocok hingga kental sekali.&lt;br /&gt;    Kalau pake handmixer kurang lebih selama 30 menit, kalau pake mixer heavy duty kurang lebih selama 8 menit speed 3.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil sedikit adonan, beri pewarna sesuai selera (Wenny pake coklat pasta)&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan adonan ke cup lalu beri adonan berwarna diatasnya atau modifikasi sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kukus hingga matang kurang lebih 15-20 menit hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Selamat mencoba..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(153, 0, 0);"&gt;Note :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Campur semua bahan kering ( tepung terigu, gula pasir, ragi instant dan bread improver) kecuali garam, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air 200 ml dan kuning telur, aduk dan uleni sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan mentega dan garam, uleni lagi sampai kalis elastis.&lt;br /&gt;4. Adonan siap dibentuk-bentuk.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok mentega, margarine, gula halus dan vanilla pasta hingga pucat, tambahkan kuning&lt;br /&gt;   telur, kocok lagi hingga mengembang, matikan mixer.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk full cream, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Di tempat lain, kocok putih telur hingga naik, masukkan gula pasir, kocok terus hingga&lt;br /&gt;      kaku.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan mentega secara bertahap sambil diaduk&lt;br /&gt;      rata.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga, semprotkan di loyang lidah kucing yg dioles&lt;br /&gt;   mentega (hanya sekali, di awal saja).&lt;br /&gt;6. Campur gula pasir, susu bubuk, maizena, tepung terigu dan BPDA.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lubangi tengahnya lalu tuang telur ditengah, aduk searah dari arah dalam menggunakan&lt;br /&gt;   whisk, sambil dituangi minyak sayur dan santan. Kocok putih telur,gula pasir,garam dan cream of tartar (jika pakai) hingga soft peak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur adonan putih telur ke dalam pasta, aduk perlahan dg whisk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bagi adonan menjadi 4 bagian. Campur 1 bagian pasta pandan, 1 bagian lain dg&lt;br /&gt;   pasta strawberry, 1 bagian lain dg pasta coklat dan 1 bagian lain biarkan putih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok telur,gula,garam dan emulsifier hingga kental dan putih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung ketan item, aduk rata. Tuang minyak dan santan, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Pake santan instant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;cair&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt; yg kentalnya bagus spy hasilnya lebih legit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pada saat minyak sayur dan santan dimasukkan adonan akan jadi encer, pastikan bahwa&lt;br /&gt;  minyak dan santan tercampur rata spy tidak bantat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Sebaiknya pinggir loyang tidak dioles mentega spy adonan bisa nempel di dinding loyang,&lt;br /&gt;  hanya bagian dasar/alas yg dioles spy mudah melepaskan bolu dari loyang.&lt;br /&gt;6. Panaskan air kukusan sampai beruap banyak lalu matikan api saat memasukkan loyang&lt;br /&gt;  yg berisi adonan spy tidak ketetesan air, lakukan dengan cepat spy uap tidak cepat habis.&lt;br /&gt;7. Kukus dengan api sedang saja, asal menyentuh dasar kukusan/steamer spy permukaan&lt;br /&gt;  bolu tidak bergelombang.&lt;br /&gt;8. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan bawang merah lalu masukkan ayam giling&lt;br /&gt;2.  Bumbui dengan merica, gula pasir, garam, chicken powder dan santan hingga matang&lt;br /&gt;dan mengering. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kulit :&lt;br /&gt;300 gr tepung terigu protein rendah (Wenny pake all purpose flour)&lt;br /&gt;4 butir telur utuh&lt;br /&gt;30 gr margarine, cairkan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm gula&lt;br /&gt;400 ml santan cair (Wenny pake 600-650ml santan cair)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1.  Campur tepung, gula dan telur, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan santan cair sambil diaduk hingga halus, jika perlu saring&lt;br /&gt;3.  Tuang mentega cair lalu aduk hingga licin&lt;br /&gt;4.  Dadar dg menggunakan wajan teflon 12 cm untuk menghasilkan sosis solo kecil dan gunakan&lt;br /&gt;wajan teflon 16 cm untuk menghasilkan sosis solo besar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Penyelesaian :&lt;br /&gt;1.  Ambil selembar dadar, isi denga adonan isi sebanyak 1 sdm lalu gulung.&lt;br /&gt;    Jika dikerjakan dalam keadaan kulit masih hangat tidak perlu putih telur untuk mengelem.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Simpan dalam kulkas selama 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Celup dalam kocokan telur.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Goreng hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Untuk membuat kulit dadar, Wenny pake 600-650 ml santan cair untuk menghasilkan&lt;br /&gt;    kulit sosis sebanyak 30 lembar dengan menggunakan wajan teflon ukuran 18 cm.&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk rata tepung ketan, gula tepung, kentang, minyak goreng dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan santan dan pewarna sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis dan lembut.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Ambil adonan kulit, bulatkan, pipihkan, beri isi dan bulatkan kembali.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Taburi cetakan kue ku dengan sedikit tepung ketan, padatkan ke dalam cetakan, rapikan.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Ketok dan keluarkan dari cetakan, letakkan diatas daun pisang yg dioles minyak goreng.&lt;br /&gt;6.  Kukus selama 10 menit dg api sedang, setiap 3 menit buka kukusan utk menghilangkan uap.&lt;br /&gt;7.  Angkat dan oles permukaan kue ku dengan minyak goreng supaya mengkilat.&lt;br /&gt;8. Kocok mentega dan margarine bersama gula halus hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan telur, aduk dengan spatula.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Masukkan tepung maizena, susu bubuk dan coklat bubuk, aduk perlahan dengan spatula.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, aduk dengan spatula hingga adonan kalis&lt;br /&gt;dan mudah dibentuk/dicetak.&lt;br /&gt;5. Angkat dan dinginkan kukis diatas wire rack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan Royal Icing :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gr gula halus (icing sugar), ayak &amp;amp; pastikan tidak ada gumpalan&lt;br /&gt;60 gr putih telur&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt cuka masak&lt;br /&gt;Pewarna secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Air jeruk lemon bila perlu,selain utk memberi aroma juga mengencerkan jika RI terlalu kental&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat RI :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Kocok gula halus dan putih telur hingga kental.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Tambahkan cuka masak, kocok lagi hingga kental dan kaku.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Bagi adonan menjadi beberapa bagian, masing2 beri warna sesuai kebutuhan.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan royal icing ke dalam kantong segitiga/piping bag, ikat rapat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Gunting sedikit ujung piping bag sebelum digunakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Penyelesaian :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Goreng kentang sampai matang lalu haluskan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum dan layu.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan daging ayam cincang, aduk sampai daging setengah matang.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Masukkan wortel, daun bawang, garam dan merica, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok gula dan telur hingga putih mengembang, masukkan garam dan vanilli&lt;br /&gt;   sambil terus dikocok.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Setelah rata, masukkan santan. Kocok kembali dengan kecepatan rendah.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Masukkan kentang halus, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diaduk, tambahkan&lt;br /&gt;    minyak sayur/margarine cair.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Tuang ke dalam cetakan kue lumpur, tambahkan kismis,nangka,keju,kelapa&lt;br /&gt;    muda, masak diatas kompor atau oven selama 10-15 menit hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;6.  Selamat mencoba, pasti ketagihan deh dengan resep ini..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Tips dari Wenny :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Wenny kocok semua bahan secara bertahap dengan mixer kecepatan rendah&lt;br /&gt;    hingga rata supaya adonan tercampur sempurna.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Sebaiknya adonan tidak terlalu kental, tambahkan santan cadangan hingga&lt;br /&gt;    didapat konsistensi yg pas utk di masak di cetakan kue lumpur.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Pastikan cetakan panasnya merata sebelum adonan dimasukkan ke cetakan,&lt;br /&gt;    sebaiknya gunakan api yang kecil supaya adonan matang sempurna, tandanya&lt;br /&gt;    cetakan yg pas panasnya adalah apabila adonan dituang, maka cetakan akan&lt;br /&gt;    mendesis kecil dan kue lumpur akan terangkat keluar menjelang matang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pastikan diaduk hingga benar2 rata spy kulit mengembang sempurna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan adonan kedalam piping bag (plastik segitiga) yg sudah dipasangi spuit bergerigi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Semprotkan diatas loyang yg sudah dioles mentega dan ditaburi tepung atau pakai parchement paper/baking paper.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oven dg suhu 350C selama 25 menit kemudian buka oven sedikit dan oven sekali lagi selama 5 menit hingga berwarna golden brown &amp;amp; matang (tandanya adalah tidak ada buih).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven, dinginkan diatas wire rack, gunting ujung Eclair untuk mengeluarkan hawa panas supaya kulit tidak mudah kempis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah dingin, kulit Eclair siap diisi dengan vla vanilla.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:lucida grande;" &gt;Bahan Vla Vanilla :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;700 ml susu cair plain &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;150 gr gula pasir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;50 gr tepung maizena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;2 butir kuning telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;1 sdm mentega&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;Vanilla essense secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:lucida grande;" &gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol style="font-family: lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cairkan maizena dengan sebagian susu cair, sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok lepas kuning telur, cairkan dengan sedikit susu, satukan dengan cairan maizena, sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus susu dan gula hingga mendidih, tuang campuran maizena, aduk hingga rata kemudian didihkan sekali lagi hingga meletup-letup. Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah benar2 dingin, masukkan ke dalam piping bag untuk mempermudah pengisian Eclair.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:lucida grande;" &gt;Finishing :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;Ambil satu kulit Eclair yg telah digunting ujungnya, masukkan vla secukupnya dan beri topping coklat cair diatas Eclair atau sesuai selera. Kebetulan baru bikin tape singkong dan keliatannya sih udah mateng. Deg2an deh waktu mulai nyiapin bahan2nya, takut gak mau merekah makanya resep dibaca berkali2 jangan sampai ada step yg terlewatkan. Finally, Alhamdulillah... kue mangkok-ku cantik sekali... (narsis,hehehe..)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;KUE  MANGKOK&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-size:78%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Source : Kursus NCC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:arial;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;125 gr tape singkong&lt;br /&gt;175 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;100 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;150 gr air&lt;br /&gt;75 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;200 gr tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;200 ml air dingin&lt;br /&gt;150 ml air soda&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt baking powder&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="font-family: arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Campur tape dan 175gr gula pasir, aduk rata sampai halus.sisihkan  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Campur tepung beras dan air dingin, uleni sebentar, sisihkan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Masak air dan 75gr gula pasir hingga mendidih dan gula larut, tuang sedikit demi sedikit kedalam tepung terigu sambil diaduk hingga rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Campur adonan tape dengan adonan tepung beras, uleni hingga licin, lalu campur adonan ini dengan adonan tepung terigu, uleni terus hingga rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Masukkan baking powder, aduk rata, lalu tuangi air soda sedikit demi sedikit hingga menjadi adonan encer. Saring.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Bagi menjadi 3 bagian, satu bagian biarkan putih dan 2 bagian lainnya beri pewarna merah dan hijau.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Panaskan cetakan kue mangkok dalam kukusan beruap banyak, tuangi cetakan dengan adonan. Kukus 20 menit. Angkat. color: rgb(153, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:100%;"  &gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol  style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Siapkan loyang, alasi kertas roti, olesi mentega dan bungkus loyang dg menggunakan aluminium foil (heave duty) utk menghindari air steamer rembes ke adonan cheesecake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Pasang oven dg suhu 150C (Wenny pake 300F)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Campur mentega, cream cheese dan whip cream dalam wadah lalu didihkan dg api kecil, aduk dg menggunakan whisker hingga lembut, angkat dari api.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Masukkan campuran tepung, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Masukkan kuning telur dan 1 butir telur, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Masukkan kulit jeruk lemon, aduk rata, sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Kocok putih telur dan garam hingga berbusa lalu masukkan gula dan air jeruk lemon sedikit2 sambil terus dikocok sampai terbentuk kerucut2 tumpul (soft peak).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Tuang 1/3 adonan putih telur ke adonan cream cheese, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Tuang campuran ini ke dalam sisa adonan putih telur, aduk rata.
